Breads

Potato Rolls
1 pkg IP Potato Puree
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix puree (dry) powder, soda, rosemary, garlic till blended well.  Then add 1 whole egg or 2 egg whites and 1 oil mix well.  
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Potato “Muffins”
Ingredients:
1 IP potato puree mix (dry)
1 IP Plain Pancake mix
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder (optional)
¼ tsp. onion powder (optional)
1/8 tsp of salt
1/3 C. liquid egg whites
1/4 C. (2 oz.) water
1 tsp. olive oil
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl combine puree, pancake mix, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt make sure to mix well.  Add water, egg whites, and olive oil mix well. Spray a muffin pan this will make 6 muffins.  3 muffins is one IP serving.


POTATO PUREE WAFFLE BUNS
Ingredients:
1 IP pkg potato puree mix (dry)
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
3 T. liquid egg whites
1 T. water
Cooking spray
Directions: In a bowl combine potato puree, baking powder and garlic powder, mix well, then add egg whites and water and mix well. 
Cook in waffle maker according to manufacture directions. 

Flatbread
1 pkg IP potato Puree
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp seal salt or ideal salt
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
¼ tsp cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
2oz water
Preheat oven 350
Mix Puree, soda, salt, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, cilantro till blended well.  Then add oil, water, and eggs and blend well.  I use the little pans for the mini apartment ovens (can be found at bed bath and beyond) it covers one of them nicely; spray the baking sheet with PAM.

Broccoli Cheese Loaf Bread
Ingredients:
1 IP Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 IP Crispy Cereal
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Onion Salt
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 C. Liquid egg whites
1/4 C. water
2 tsp. Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl combine soup, cereal, powder and seasonings mix well, and then add eggs, water and oil blend well.  Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.   Two servings

BROCCOLI CHEESE WAFFLE BURGER BUNS
Ingredients:
1 IP broccoli cheese soup mix (dry)
1 IP crispy cereal mix (dry), crushed
1/8 tsp. baking powder
2 T. liquid egg whites
3 T. water
2 tsp. olive oil
Garlic powder, to taste
Cooking spray
Directions:
In a bowl mix soup, cereal, powder, and seasonings to taste mix well, then add eggs, water and oil blend well.  Heat waffle iron follow instructions for cooking, make sure the iron is a low seating.  This makes 2 IP meals

TOMATO BASIL LOAF BREAD
Ingredients:
1 IP Tomato Basil Soup mix
1 IP Crispy Cereal mix (crushed)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil (or crushed rosemary)
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1/3 C. liquid egg white substitute
¼ C. water
2 tsp. olive oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mix soup, cereal, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dried basil onion powder and salt blend well. Then add egg whites water and olive oil mix well.  Pour batter into mini loaf pan sprayed with PAM baking...
Bake 18 – 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes clean.

CHICKEN BISCUITS
Ingredients:
1 IP chicken soup mix
1 IP crispy cereal mix crushed
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp of salt
1/3 C. liquid egg whites
1/4 C. (2 oz.) water
2 tsp. olive oil
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl combine chicken soup, crushed cereal, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt mix well.  Add eggs, water, and oil and mix well.    
Cook 10-12 golden brown.

Chex Mix
1 pkg IP chocolate soy puffs
1 pkg IP sea salt and vinegar crisps
1 pkg IP peanut butter soy puffs
Combine and enjoy
Makes three IP servings

Crackers
1 IP pkg potato puree
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 TBSP Dried Onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
Dash red pepper flakes
3 TBSP Water
In a blender, add puree, onions, dried onions, garlic, salt flakes and water blend well.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place mixture on and spread out evenly and very thin, score and bake at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes until edges start turning brown.  Remove from paper and place back on baking sheet and bake till desired texture.


ZESTY ITALIAN GARLIC CRACKERS
Ingredients:
1 IP crispy cereal, crushed
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp. IP salt
¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
¼ tsp. dried chives
1/8 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp. extra light olive oil
3 T. water
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl combine cereal, garlic powder; salt, Italian seasoning, chives, baking powder and crushed red pepper flakes and mix well, add the oil and the water mix well.
Place parchment paper over a baking sheet and spread mix out.  Cook for 15 minutes and flip and cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

PITA BREADS
Ingredients:                                                                               
1 IP soup mix (any flavor)
1/4 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/3 C. liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites, whisked lightly)
1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl mix soup, baking powder, and seasonings together.  Add eggs, and oil mix well.

On a flat griddle heat it to 350 degrees and spread the mix out, cook, flip when edges become dry.  (Cook like you would cook a pancake.)
